My Story With Lead Generation
I'm Giovann Cristiano, Founder & CEO of Hybrid Acquisition, and since 2022, I've sold all kind of offers relating to lead-gen: From DIY courses, to DWY Consulting to fully DFY services.
And before building this system, It was a nightmare signing clients… 
First, I tried manually sending cold outreach 
I WAS consistently book sales calls, BUT, there was problems that came with it:
I would spend 8+ hours sending DMs & emails

With outreach, the more DMs I send, the more calls I booked, guaranteed.
With content, some days I would book ZERO calls.
AND, at the end of the day, I was just a slave to the social platforms.
Finally, I tried investing into paid ads
Once again, even ads had their own problems
Just like outreach, the leads were VERY cold and uneducated.
Just like content, I was still at the mercy of the Facebook/Google.
AND, I had to risk $5-10K to test enough campaigns to make the ads succeed. 
Until I Realised…Every One Of The 3 Worked:
Cold Outreach was the cheapest and most consistent out of the 3.
Content gave me the highest quality, pre-sold leads
Paid Ads gave me the easiest path to scaling past $100k/mo 
But Also, All Of Them Had Massive Flaws:
I didn't want to spend the rest of my life on a screen sending cold DMs
I didn't want to wait 6-24 months for some virality.
I couldn't afford to gamble thousands of dollars for an ad campaign.
What I needed was all the GOOD, without the BAD.

Step 1: Get People To Know You Exist (Outreach)
Every day, you NEED NEW people finding out that you exist.
This is the FIRST and MOST important part of the whole client acquisition system.
Let's say you had a $500/mo VA that gets 3 Warm DMs per hour, for 8 hours a day.
Warm DM: A prospect that has been educated and is actively showing interest in finding out more about your offer. Example: Yes, tell me more, sure, sounds good, etc.
That's 120 Inbound DMs a week (Mon-Fri), or 480 DMs a month, for $500/mo

Which is why, once you generate attention, you need to get it to trust you.
How Trust Building Works
I am going to walk you through a process that you NEED to understand to sign more clients. 
In order for anyone to ever give you money, they need to feel safe with you.
In order for anyone to feel safe with you, they need to trust you.
In order for someone to trust you, you need to inject energy into SCALABLE touch points.
The 4 Phases of The "Arrow Of Trust"
Here's The Truth About Trust
Transcending someone from an ice cold lead to the point of no return is MUCH harder than transitioning a WARM lead to a CLIENT. YET, most people have it completely in reverse.
Hypothetical Example:
Units Of Energy Required To Convert One Cold Lead w/Outreach: 100
Units Of Energy Required To Convert One Warm Lead w/Content: 10
Every single day, you wake up with 100 UOE. Would you rather?
Spend ALL 100 on ONE lead to convert them to a call = 1 Sales Call
Spend 100 on 10 warm leads to convert them to a call = 10 Sales Call
And yet, you're spending most of your day on Ice cold leads that do not trust you at all.
How To Force Trust With Leverage:
You are spending most of your day on DMs/emails with cold leads who don't trust you.
You're spending just a small part of your day on leads that have been educated already.
Disclaimer: This does NOT mean we are lowering the amount of people who find out about you for the first time. We're just reducing the amount of energy it takes us to get them
Hypothetical Example:
You send cold outreach: 
It takes you 1 unit of energy per cold email.
You send 1,000 emails and get 5% reply rate.
It costs you 1,000 UOE to get 50 people educated.
You post content: 
It takes you 100 unit of energy per YouTube video. 
You post 1 YouTube video and get 50 people to view it until the end. 
It cost you 100 units to get 50 views.
In this example, content is X10 more leverage. 
Same amount of traffic, at 1/10 of the time involved. 
Leverage is NOT decreasing the total output. Just decreasing the input required to get to it.
How This Looks Like Practically
Content is BY FAR the most leveraged way to build exposure, and trust as a by product.
However, as we already know, content is VERY UNPREDICTABLE.
With outreach, if you send enough emails, DMs, calls, you get responses, GUARANTEED.
With content, you can do everything right, but you're a slave to the algorithms.
So, the most logical solution is to GUARANTEE that reach from outreach, but
redirecting it straight to content instead of wasting manual time on DMs/emails.
This GUARANTEES exposure, without being a slave to algorithsms.
Step 3: Scale The People Who Know + Trust You
Let's summarise everything we covered today:
